Laltro is an offshoot of our bustling restaurant. La Forchetta is the known world, while Laltro represents a universe that’s still waiting to be explored.

If you find yourself here, at some point in the endless passage of time you were probably strolling through the streets of Parma in the warm early morning sunshine, the dazzling light of midday or evening twilight. You’ll soon be embarking on the Laltro experience, which can take the shape of the buoyant atmosphere at Breakfast time, the warm hues of Brunch, urbane aperitifs with Tartare and Oysters, or just time to let the world go by.

Laltro stems from our urge to elevate our culinary experience in a place that’s been created, developed and shaped around passion for the pleasures of the palate.
